Terms and Conditions for Moringa5000 Pty Ltd

BY USING THE MORINGA5000 WEBSITE (THE "SITE") AND THE SERVICES OFFERED BY IT (THE "SERVICE"), YOU (THE "USER") INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. GENERAL

1.1 This end user agreement may be changed without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

1.2 Clause headings are for convenience and ease of reference only and will not affect interpretation.

1.3 No failure or delay by Moringa5000 to exercise any rights will be construed as a waiver of those rights, nor will it affect the validity of any part of this agreement.

1.4 Moringa5000 does not screen or edit all content on the Site and disclaims liability for illegal, defamatory, or offensive content. Users are encouraged to report any such content to Moringa5000.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Moringa5000 is committed to protecting users' personal information. Information provided by the user on the website may be used for Moringa5000's internal marketing campaigns and communications but will not be sold or shared with third parties.

This agreement applies exclusively to your access to and use of this Site. It does not modify the terms of any other agreements you may have with Moringa5000.

5. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payments may be made via Zapper or the Payfast portal, which provides options for Visa, MasterCard, Instant EFT, and other supported payment methods.

7. CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions will be processed by Payfast, which uses the strictest form of encryption. Moringa5000 does not have access to any card information. More information on Payfast’s security policy can be found at www.payfast.co.za.

8. CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details are stored by Moringa5000 separately from card details, which are securely processed by Payfast. For further details, refer to www.payfast.co.za.

9. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country is South Africa. Transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

10. RESPONSIBILITY

Moringa5000 is responsible for transactions, including the sale of goods and services, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

11. COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
